• Verified partners and auditors — where you have requested or consented to a business verification or due diligence service, relevant data may be shared with trusted audit partners. A full list of such partners will be published as it is finalized.
• Other platform users — information you include in your public profile or business listing is visible to registered users of the platform.

• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, your data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity.

We will always inform you before your data is shared with new categories of third parties not listed here.

International data transfers

Our platform is hosted in Ukraine. If your data is transferred outside of the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission where required.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Ukraine, this is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
